Associate Professor Anthony Jaworowski is an immunologist in the Centre for Biomedical Research at the Burnet Institute, whose laboratory studies changes in innate immunity that are associated with chronic inflammation in HIV infection. His research also encompasses the role of monocytes and macrophages in antibody-mediated immunity to pregnancy-associated malaria.
