Azlinda Azman

Azlinda Azman, PhD is Head of Social Work Programme at the School of Social Sciences and Convenor of the AIDS Action and Research Group (AARG), both at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She was a Fulbright Scholar and obtained her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University, New York, United States of America (USA). Dr. Azlinda chairs the National Joint Council Committee on Social Work Education, an executive committee member of the Malaysian Association of Social Workers (MASW) and member of the Steering Committee in drafting the Malaysian Social Worker’s Act.
