Dr Delwyn Bartlett is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Sydney and the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research. She has been working in the area of sleep and psychology for over 17 years. She developed a CBT insomnia group education programme at RPA Hospital and runs insomnia workshops which consists of 2 group educational sessions and 2 individual sessions. Dr Bartlett has a private practice at Hornsby Sleep Disorders Centres. More recently she has been working on an intervention to improve sleep in adolescents with insomnia; and a sleep research intervention to reduce post natal depression in new mothers. She has published a number of papers. She has and is on a number of sub committees in the Australasian Sleep Association with the long term goal of enabling good information about sleep to be available to the community.
