PhD., Ed is Dean at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. In 2008, Ed took the Post-Doctoral Fellowship under the Australian Government's Endeavour Program. at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in Yogakarta (Indonesia) where he researched the lived experience rural men who have sex with men and the implications of their lived experience for local HIV education programs.
