Dr Harold Mouras, PhD, is currently Professor in Neuroscience at the Research Centre in Psychology of the University of Picardy Jules Verne, Amiens, France. He received his PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at the Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris 6) where he studied the neural networks involved in the sexual affiliation context. He completed a postdoc in Affective and Social Development at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Geneva, Switzerland, where- with experimental psychology and neuroimaging techniques, he studied the variations of the neural correlates of emotional and social information processing in ageing. Dr Mouras's current interests include the neural correlates of socio-affective and cognitive information processing, their impact on neurological diseases and the developmental aspects of these networks.
