Merle Conyer is an experienced Counsellor and Trainer supporting people to respond to and heal from traumatic experiences, seek justice, and navigate significant life transitions. As an Independatnt Consultant she also strengthens organisations committed to human rights, social justice and wellbeing through capacity building initiatives, mentoring, and facilitation of strategic forums. Merle's work is informed by broad experience in community, education, government and corporate contexts. She has worked alongside people and communities from many cultures and circumstances. This includes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, refugees and asylum seekers; survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence and apartheid; and those impacted by transgenerational trauma.
