Norma Tracey is a Social Worker and has been a member of the NSWIPP for many years. Apart from her private practice of 25 years she has worked especially with mothers and infants and in the last ten years with Aboriginal adolescents, mothers, fathers and their infants and small children. She is the author of two books, several booklets and some 20 internationally published papers. She is co-founder of Gunawirra limited, a group of 24 professionals who care for Aboriginal mothers and infants from pregnancy through to five years of age.
