Intaramanon Photchanat is a lecturer at the Chiang Rai College of Agriculture and Technology as well as lecturing at the Rajabhat Chiang Rai University in Human Rights. Photchanat is also the Sub Commissioner on Ethnic Issues for the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand and Director of the Centre for Sustainable Communities.
