Clinical Psychologist BPsych (Hons) PhD (Clinical Psychology) Robert Battisti is the Principal Psychologist and Clinical Director of Mind Plasticity. His expertise is with individuals and families that have complex needs, with a focus on addiction, psychiatric comorbidity and chronic disease. He is passionate about delivering evidence-based therapies and overcoming some of the traditional barriers that restrict people from accessing top quality care. Robert’s achievements include a PhD from the University of Wollongong. A postdoctoral position with the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) at the UNSW in partnership with the Brain and Mind Centre at the University of Sydney. He is on the board of directors of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). Robert holds a position as a Clinical Psychologist and Researcher at the Cancer Centre for Children at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. He guests lectures for the University of Sydney where he is also an Honorary Research Associate.
