Robert Craig has 35 years of experience of medical practice. He has concentrated on psychological medicine for the last 15 years following family practice in UK and Australia in the preceding twenty years. Until semi-retirement last year he was involved in public and private clinical practice as well as being a coordinator in psychiatry for a provincial Division of General Practice. In the recent past he has been a GP Liaison Officer as well as been actively involved in educational programs for GPs, GP registrars, Allied Health and nurses in his special interest areas. These include social and psychological factors that impact on health encompassing the psychological aspects of rehabilitation, the impact of impaired attachment on child and adult mental health and the co-morbidities of substance abuse and intellectual impairment with mental disorders and physical health.
