Rob Lake has been the Executive Director of AFAO, the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations, since 2011. He was previously CEO of Positive Life NSW, has worked in the disability advocacy sector, NSW State government, Australian Human Rights Commission, community development projects, ACON and other ngos since arriving from New Zealand in 1987.
