New Directions for Group Work – are you and your organisation up to it?

This paper explores the current context of group work in Australia along with the challenges and future directions. In it Mr Andrew King stresses the need for a pull perspoective on what  creates change . He challenges today’s Group work perpective where the stress is on outcome rather than on process with an over emphasis on ‘off-the-shelf-pakages’. Mr King in his presentations offers new prespectives and new dynakmics for change.
