Practicing more elements of Yoga philosophy in Gestalt therapy is very useful. When a client has strong fear, it is useful to teach that person not only the relaxation exercises and assertive training, but also the way of ahimsa. Some of useful changes are the next ones: the guilt does not exist, responsibility is the only one that exists; do not judge; do not be bounded; make your ego as small as possible; help to other people.
